For users with Sub Coordinator, District Manager or Admin role, you have the ability to view and edit outstanding leave requests that have been marked with ‘Substitute Needed’ for the purpose of entering substitute information.
The grid is automatically refreshed every 5 minutes in order to keep it up-to-date with outstanding leave requests that have been marked with ‘Substitute Needed’.

edit an existing leave request in order to enter substitute information (name and phone number) and checkmark ‘Substitute Scheduled. Click 'Save’.
Leave requests marked ‘Initiated’ (have not been fully approved) will remain on the grid but the Substitute Needed column will be checked to indicate a substitute has been contacted. Once the request has been through the entire approval process, it will be automatically removed from the grid.
Leave requests marked ‘Approved’ (have been fully approved) will be automatically removed from the Sub Coordinator grid once the ‘Substitute Scheduled’ has been checkmarked.
The originator of the leave request will receive an email stating the substitute has been scheduled for their leave.
