Location Worksheet improvements
Patch to populate missing year value(s) on old Fiscal Years (where applicable) and close old fiscal years created prior to the migration date

Correcting the fund type sort parameter on the Book Value Report
Update the Transfer grid to show total acquisition amount for the transfer date
Corrections for the Schedule of Change in Fixed Assets by Class report
- Items that have both an adjustment and an asset class transfer in the same fiscal year
- The summary report was not including disposed of items in the beginning balance, but the disposed of items would display on the report, therefore impacting the ending balance.
The format of the previously added /rest/version endpoint has been updated to be consistent with how the endpoints in the other projects are displayed.
