Prioritization Items to Discuss

1. Custodial fund change timeline (AOS)

   1. 200 funds will have their fund types updated after the Period H reporting deadline.  Districts can update their funds as they wish at any time.  A patch will be released with 8.29.0 on September 10th that will updated all 200 funds to be fund type Special Revenue.

2. Performance issues

   1. Financial Detail report

   2. Budget Summary report

   3. PO Detail report

   4. Disbursement Detail report

   5. Payable posting

   6. Invoice processing

3. Items from the floor?

   1. Will improvements to the Financial Detail report impact all versions?  Yes.

   2. Larger districts having issues posting pending transactions into USAS.  Having to break them into smaller transactions.  Then when approving the pending transaction it takes 15 minutes to post the PO.  Will open a support ticket with details.

   3. Would like to see the Other tab made available in the File Archive for USAS like exists in USPS.
