EMISFFE requires users to have an account specific to EMISFFE.  Contact your local OECN ITC personnel to request an EMISFFE account. Your ITC will provide you with a username and instructions on how to set your own password. Both the username and password are case sensitive.     

District IRN Selection

Once logged into EMISFFE, you will be taken to the main menu which will have a District IRN selection drop-down. If your EMISFFE account allows you access to a single district, you will not need to do anything. Users that have access to more than one District will need to select the appropriate District they wish to work with.

Open

The data available to the user will be limited to the data for the selected District.
