When the 'Work Based Learning Document Review' option is selected from the Records drop down, a summary listing will be provided that includes all of WBL certificates based on the selected LEA. The summary listing may be refined by using various query options. By clicking on the Document ID link from the listing, more in depth WBL certificate information may be viewed. The user can select combinations of options. When doing so, if the Clear is not used, when the user returns to the same screen, their last used selection options will be populated as the default. The Clear option may be used to reset the selections to their default values.
Summary Listing
Certificates will be listed in a summary format sorted by Generated Date by default (most recent date listed first). Columns in the grid whose headings are blue and contain the up & down icon are sortable. The column heading acts as a toggle allowing the data to be sorted in ascending or descending order by repeatedly clicking on the column heading.
If the data in a row has a strike-through line, this indicates that a WBL certificate is inactive. Below is an example of this:
Find
Districts will have the ability to use the various filter options. These options are:
- Last name
- First Name
- Document ID
- SSID
Though SSID is not listed in the WBL Certificate summary, the user may search by SSID to find certificates for a particular student.
Using the Clear link resets all of the query filters to empty/default values.
The find box is collapsible using the icon in the lower left corner of the find box. The icon acts as a toggle allowing you to collapse and expand the find box as desired.
Detail Screen
To view more details about a WBL Certificate, the user can click on the Document ID link (shown below) for the certificate they would like to view.
When this link is clicked, the user will be directed to a WBL Certificate Detail page.
To return to the Work Based Learning Document Review page, the user can click on one of the two 'Return to Summary' buttons.
