When the 'Work Based Learning Document Review' option is selected from the Records drop down, a summary listing will be provided that includes all of WBL certificates based on the selected LEA. The summary listing may be refined by using various query options. By clicking on the Document ID link from the listing, more in depth WBL certificate information may be viewed. The user may select a combination of options. When doing so, if the Clear is not used, when the user returns to the same screen, their last used selection options will be populated as the default. The Clear option may be used to reset the selections to their default values.
Summary Listing
Certificates will be listed in a summary format sorted by Generated Date by default (most recent date listed first). Columns in the grid whose headings are blue and contain the up & down icon are sortable. The column heading acts as a toggle allowing the data to be sorted in ascending or descending order by repeatedly clicking on the column heading.
If the data in a row has a strike-through line, this indicates that a WBL certificate is inactive. Below is an example of this:
