Leave Information has contains an employee’s accumulated and used leave for each available leave type. This is a view-only grid.
Leave Information contains three tabs:
Leave Balances
Absences
Accumulations
Will the leave only post to USPS if the date is current? Some employees enter leave in the future that the districts wouldn't want to post instantly. Is there a way to control when the leave posts?
There is a deferred posting option, leave won’t post until period is current. Direct posting will be based on dates. When leave has met full approval, user will be able to selectin ESS which leave they want to export which will go through rest service

Kiosk Doc:
At this screen the user can see the types of leave they have and a quick balance of each. This balance reflects just the leave requests that have been exported into USPS.
You can also see detailed information of absences and accumulations for available leave types. You can filter the information to only display information based on Category (Leave Types which could include sick, personal, vacation, etc.), Job Number, Transaction Type (Either Absence or Accumulation), and Start/End Date. Filtering on any of the areas requires you to click the Action icon to initiate the filter.

Absences: detailed activity on employee’s leave that has been recorded in USPS. It will exclude leave that has not been posted to USPS.
Accumulations: detailed activity on employee’s accumulated leave that has been recorded in USPS.
