The 'Organization' refers to district information such as district address and various ID numbers that are unique to a particular district. 

The 'Central Office Square Footage' is required to be filled in for the Financial Reporting Period and will be included in the EMIS Extract.

The 'ITC IRN' was previously included in the EMIS Extract but is no longer required per updates to the ODE EMIS Manual for Organization General Information.

Edit

  1. From the Core menu select "Organization"

  2. Click image-20240529-164724.png to edit the information.  Only fields that are allowed to be edited will be displayed.

  3. Click on image-20240529-164741.png to save the changes, click on image-20240529-164806.png to leave the information as is.
