Extracts allows the user to extract certain USAS data in CSV or Excel format. The interfaces include:

| EMIS | USAEMS | Used to extract financial data into EMIS-R sequential file format in order for it to be uploaded into the EMIS-R data collector for the Financial reporting period. |
| GAAP | USAEXP's GAAPEXP option | Used to extract fiscal year activity. The resulting file may then be uploaded into the web based WEBGAAP system. |
| Online Checkbook | CHECKBOOK | Online extraction program used to create a CSV extraction file containing all expenditure data that meets the requirements for participation in the TOS project, also referred to as OhioCheckbook.com |
