Extracts
Extracts allows the user to extract certain USAS data in CSV or Excel format. A crosswalk of the Extracts menu and its Classic counterparts is available below. For a printable version of the crosswalk, click here. The interfaces include:

USAEMS | Used to extract financial data into EMIS-R sequential file format in order for it to be uploaded into the EMIS-R data collector for the Financial reporting period. | |
USAEXP's GAAPEXP option | Used to extract fiscal year activity. The resulting file may then be uploaded into the web based WEBGAAP system. | |
CHECKBOOK | Allows user to extract CSV file in order for it to be uploaded to the Ohio Online Checkbook | |
AUTOREC Extract option | Allows you to select the extract fields and starting disbursement date, selecting either CSV or Fixed format. |
