Extracts

Extracts allows the user to extract certain USAS data in CSV or Excel format. The interfaces include:

USAS Extract Options	Definitions
EMIS	Used to extract financial data into EMIS-R sequential file format in order for it to be uploaded into the EMIS-R data collector for the Financial reporting period.
GAAP	Used to extract fiscal year activity. The resulting file may then be uploaded into the web based WEBGAAP system.
OhioCheckbook.gov	Allows user to extract CSV file in order for it to be uploaded to the Ohio Online Checkbook
Positive Pay	Allows you to select the extract fields and starting disbursement date, selecting either CSV or Fixed format.
