USAS-R v8.9.0 Release Notes

Summary

We have made some additional improvements to USAS-R with the release of version 8.9.0.  This release contains bug fixes and improvements as detailed in the release notes below.

Important Highlights

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS. 

1. Corrected the 1099-NEC submission file per the test results.

2. Updated the USAS_MANAGER role to allow for modifying the 1099 Configuration.

3. Corrected the invoice amount, forcing it to be zero if the value is removed but the status is set. 

4. Corrected a problem that prevented the deletion of a budgeting adjustment on the Revenue account.

5. Created the Service Layer for Appropriation Accounts.

6. Created the Service Layer for Expenditure Accounts.

7. Created the Service Layer for Revenue Accounts.
