This release contains bug fixes and report improvements as detailed in the release notes below.

Important Highlights

Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS. 

1. Modified field limits on the EMIS extract and EMISSoapBridge to prevent warnings with the data collector.  This includes the OPU description limit of 45 characters and the Organization name limit of 30 characters.

2. Added a user parameter to the Federal Assistance Detail report to allow users to limit by fiscal year.

3. Added new tab delimited user listing extract per the auditors.  This report has also been added to Monthly Report Bundle as requested.

4. Improved the create new/save close feature to provide a message to the user if the record could not be added.

5. Added a new fund per AOS:  510 Coronavirus Relief Fund.  

   1. 510 Coronavirus Relief Fund

      Authority:  Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance # 21.019   

      Purpose:  To cover costs that are necessary expenditures incurred due to the public health emergency with respect to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID–19). 

      Classification: Governmental Fund Type, Special Revenue Fund
