Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you may use the 'Forgot Password?' link on the Log In page to reset your password.

Clicking on the 'Forgot Password?' link will take you to a page where you enter your username.

An email will be sent to the email address on file for the username with instructions on how to reset the password. 

When you click on the link contained in the email message received, you will be taken to a page to enter a new password.

You will enter your new password twice on this page.  
The current requirements for a password are:

  • Must be between 8-25 characters in length

  • Must contain at least 1 digit

Upon successful reset, you will be taken to the EMISFFE Main menu page. 

 

Browser Compatibility

As of version 2.3-0, there should no longer be a browser compatibility issue when using Internet Explorer.

User's using Internet Explorer may experience a problem using the "Forgot Password" link from the email. If this occurs, using Compatibility View of IE will allow the link from the email to function.The other option is to use Chrome or Firefox as the default browser.
