A few of the grids take a long time to load.  The records will load but the "blue bar" continues to flash for an additional 30 seconds.  We speculated the following in the meeting:

Could reduce the number of records it loads to the UI; wonder if loading things in the lazy container on the server side isn’t worth it; can’t remember if the grid container is tunable; sending fewer things to the client might cut down on the blue line

• Chris: hibernate has support for graph api; may make the highlight viewer slower

• We are loading the entire po but only showing 6+ columns
