Important Highlights
Bugs
Corrected a problem that prevented removing budget ledgers when June is reopened. This bug could cause the carryover amounts to appear inflated. SSDT had previously sent out a message discouraging districts from reopening the prior fiscal year. Once this release is installed, districts are free to reopen the prior fiscal year as needed.
For those districts who had previously reopened the prior fiscal year and noticed the inflated encumbrance amounts, those should now be correct without having to reopen posting periods. However, the monthly and fiscal year reports that were generated when June and subsequent months were closed would show the incorrect values. Any district who had previously reopened June and noticed inflated encumbrance amounts will likely want to rerun their report bundles so they accurately reflect the carryover amounts.
Removed a debug comment from the application log.
Patches
Created a patch to remove a requisition from workflows that was no longer synced for a specific district.
