USAS-R v8.41.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains bug fixes and improvements and new features as detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS. 

Important Highlights

Bug Fixes

• Corrected a problem with the Group Chain Report caused by a broken filter.  The problem was preventing the report from generating properly.

• The Audit Report has been corrected to properly cope with custom fields related to an object that has been deleted.  For example, if a requisition that contained custom fields is deleted and then the audit report is generated and includes requisitions, the result was a severe Null Pointer Exception.

Improvements

• Updated the list of valid subject codes per ODE for fiscal year 2022.

Patches

• A patch to remove an AR Bill that did not contain a payment location.  This patch impacts 2 specific districts, each district having a bill without a payment location.  The AR Bills were created without a payment location and these bills prevented the AR Billing grid from properly loading if the bill was contained in the grid result.  The invalid bills have been removed.
