This option is to be used to upload the reconciliations for Governmental Funds Statement of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balances to the Statement of Activiites.
The file is to be created on your computer in Microsoft Word, for example. If you know the file extension you can enter it in the available space. If you don't you can "Browse" for the file and locate it on your computer. Once you have located the file, click on the "Upload" button to include the reconciliations for the fiscal year. You can upload the reconciliations as often as necessary. Each time the upload will delete the old file and save the new file.
