Change Expiration Date of Test/Train Deployments
Change Expiration Date of Test/Train Deployments
When you create a Test or Train deployment, you are asked how many days you want it to exist before it is automatically deleted by MCOECN automation scripts.
You will receive an email notice 7 days before it expires, letting you know it will be deleted in one week.
If you need to extend that time, you can use the Service Broker item Change Expiration Date to set a new date.
Choose the deployment to alter and choose a new expiration date from the calendar tool.
Do not worry about the time-of-day when selecting the new date/time. Only the date portion is used. If the date is set at 3/20/2025, the deployment will expire at 11:59:59PM on 3/20/2025, and it will be deleted early in the morning of 3/21/2025 when the automated task runs.
