Create a Demo Deployment of State Software Applications
Each ITC can create one set of DEMO deployments of all State Software applications, loaded with non-production data, for demonstration purposes. After these are deployed, you can modify the data if you wish.
If you redeploy DEMO again over top of an existing Demo, all data modifications will be lost. The MCOECN Datacenter Team does keep backups of Demo deployments for a short time, to safeguard against this. If you need one restored, email dco-help@managementcouncil.org for assistance.
Log into https://cloud.managementcouncil.org
From the Service Broker, run State Software Demo by clicking Request.
Check boxes for the State Software applications you wish to create. There can only be one demo deployment of each application per ITC.
The State Software Demo item will:
Automatically create new deployments of the selected applications USAS/USPS/INVENTORY/WORKFLOWS/ESS
Will load these applications with non-production test data.
Will link the applications together with API keys. For example, ESS, USPS, and WORKFLOWS will be linked together for integration functions.
Will email you a notice when the task is complete (takes about 10 minutes per application).
The completion email will have the URL to your new application included, as well as the initial admin password.
