Summary
This is a hotfix release of USPS-R that corrects the issues detailed below.
Important highlights from this release
An issue that could have caused federal over-withholding has been corrected with this hotifx. For employees to have been affected by this they would have had to both be setup to use the cumulative wage method of federal withholding and also have been paid supplemental wages. The taxable gross figure was correct, but the supplemental wages were not being removed from the applicable gross prior to the cumulative wage method of federal withholding being calculated. As stated previously this would have resulted in a slight over-withholding in federal taxation for the payroll.
