This release of USPS-R contains new features, improvements and patches as detailed below.
Important highlights from this release
This release includes a new Payments→Manual option that will allow users to create manual payments. The intention is for this option to serve as a replacement for the functionality included in the classic HANDCK program.
This release includes changes to the order in which payroll items are applied to the remaining gross. The main purpose for this change is an attempt to cause non-voluntary deductions to apply prior to voluntary ones. This will result in non-voluntary deductions from being missed less frequently then voluntary ones in the unlikely scenario an employee does not have enough gross to cover all of their deductions.Â
