This release of USPS-R contains a bug fixes and a new feature in the payroll report.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug causing errors on Payroll Post due to leave eligibility flags
Fixed a typo in Organization import preventing Job Flag from importing correctly
Fixed a bug in Employee Benefit Obligation that allowed Terminated and Deceased positions onto the report
Fixed a bug preventing users from Viewing / Editing Current payroll data.
New Features
Pay Report when initializing payroll will now break out Current from Future in the Pay Group Totals table
Remove the ability for users to delete Compensations
