Results Reports

This report will take the results file provided by the SSA when a SSN verification file is submitted and convert it into a report. Users will upload the result file and then run the report.

Fields Definitions:

Report Title: The default is W2 SSN Verification Results Report but can be modified.

Report Format:  Default is PDF

• PDF (download)

• Comma Separated Values (CSV)

Sort By:

• Employee SSN

• Employee Name

Upload W2 SSN Verification Results File:

Click on Choose File to upload file from SSA

Open

Once uploaded, click on Generate W2 SSN Verification Results Report
