Inventory 1.21.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of the SSDT Inventory application contains the following bug fixes and improvements as detailed below.

Improvements

• Implemented the ability to post depreciation adjustments for items that are not fully depreciated has been added to the item.  Once an item is edited there is a Create button available that will allow posting the depreciation adjustments.  Depreciation can be increased or decreased for the current fiscal as needed via the adjustments.  Once created, the adjustments can be modified or delete in the same fiscal year.  

• Created a Fiscal Year Ending Balances report.  This report is available via the Report menu and will show a projection of what the ending balances will be for the current fiscal year when the fiscal period is closed.  This is a projection only report.

  • Please note:  When the Inventory Fiscal Year End Bundle becomes available, an actual version of the report will be generated when the fiscal period has been closed.  The report bundle is currently in progress.

• Implemented the ability to configure password requirements.  The Password Configuration option is the same configuration you are used to seeing in USAS and USPS.  Password complexity requirements can now be defined in Inventory.

Bug Fixes

• Restricted the fiscal year entry to a valid value on the Fiscal Year UI.

• Corrected the organization code parameters on the Brief Asset Listing report.
