Summary
This release of the SSDT Inventory application contains the following bug fixes as detailed below.
An item is deletable if it is not capitalized or if it was added in the current fiscal year. When attempting to delete a deletable item, an error message would display indicating the item could not be deleted. This was due to the associated acquisition items on file. The application has been updated to also remove the associated acquisition items when an item is being deleted.
The category code importer has been updated to include the asset class, life expectancy and inflation rate fields. The insurance class field is no longer required when loading from CSV.
The importer has been updated to provide warnings instead of errors for the following data:
invalid beginning dates:Â beginning dates are now valid for any depreciation method other than "None"
invalid asset classes, funds or functions on capitalized items
disposition codes in the disposition import
location codes: this includes any location code that is partial (category with no number or number with no category)
The 101 report was not properly calculating the amount for the donation and other totals. It was previously using the total acquisition amount and not the item's original cost. These totals have been corrected.
