Summary
This release of the SSDT Inventory application contains the following bug fixes and improvements as detailed below.
Improvements
Implemented the Inventory FYE Report Bundle. This bundle implements Classic's EIS CD and will generate the 26 reports specified below when an open fiscal year is closed. The reports will be zipped and emailed to the email address(es) specified in Core>Configuration. In order for the report bundle to be emailed, the Email Address in Core>Configuration must be populated with valid email address(es). Multiple addresses can be entered, separated by commas. The Email Configuration tab under System>Configuration must be populated as well. The report bundle will not generate if either of these configurations are not populated. Fixed Asset By Source
Fixed Asset By Function/Class (3 versions: 1 summary and 2 detail)
Schedule of Change in Fixed Assets (6 versions:Â all 3 report types, summary and detail versions)Â
Schedule of Change in Depreciation (6 versions:Â all 3 report types, summary and detail versions)Â
Closing Balance Report (Fiscal Year End Balance Report)
Asset Listing By Grant/Source (only New Item and Active statuses, Both capitalized/non-capitalized items)
Audit Report (use fiscal year start and stop dates, leave other options)
Book Value Report (capitalized items only, (Active, New Item and Excess statuses only)Â

Brief Asset Listing Report (5 versions - capitalized items only, (Active, New Item, and Excess statuses, except for Dispositions Only (that will use Disposed_Of status)

Please Note:
If a district has already closed the fiscal year, it can be reopened and then closed again to generate the report bundle. Â
Districts will need to store these reports until the Document Management & Archival project is available. At that time districts will be able to upload previously generated documents.
Bug Fix
Corrected a problem with the fiscal year closing method that was not properly updating the beginning balance for all items.
Refactored the audit report to exclude initial import entries and improve report generation performance.
