    • Created a Training and Implementation Repository Page for ITC Fiscal Support Staff - added a new link for ITCs to share report definitions
      
      

    • Adding tips/tricks to the documentation chapters.. SSDT will start that.

    • SSDT will start to add articles to the Knowledge Base in Service Desk for ITC support staff and possibly link to the documentation

Regional Demonstrations for Districts

  • We discussed regional training... Currently, SSDT fiscal support staff is extremely short-staffed so no in-person training scheduled in the near future

• Topics for Today's Meeting

  • With the hopes of hiring additional support staff, we eventually would like to do regional training or webinars with end-users but this is not a priority right now

ITC Fiscal Support Staff

  • Brought back Fridays with Fiscal.. we've been holding one USAS and one USPS session per month.  Every other month, we will dedicate the Friday webinar to recent Release highlights.. covering major highlights on the last few releases.  Other Friday sessions will be topics relative to that time period and any requested topics ITC support staff has given us.

  • Conducted Redesign training with ITCs earlier this month.. recorded these webinars.. located on Fridays with Fiscal wiki page

  • Every couple of months, we will dedicate the Fridays with Fiscal webinars to recent Release highlights.. covering major highlights on the last few releases.  Other Friday sessions will be topics relative to that time period and any requested topics ITC support staff has given us.
