USAS-R v8.38.0 Release Notes

Summary

This release of USAS-R contains bug fixes and improvements and new features as detailed in the release notes below.  Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release.  There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.  General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation.  There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS.

Improvements

• The ability to repost Activity Ledgers on startup has been enhanced to allow the user to choose which of the activity ledgers to repost.  Previously all activity ledgers would repost regardless of what was needed.  You can now select from PO, Invoice, Disbursement or GL ledgers and only repost those that need to be reposted.  The configuration option has changed to remove the single "Repost ledges at startup" option to the options listed below.  The checkboxes will appear selected if the ledgers have been initialized (posted).  If any of the types of ledgers need to be reposted, you simply need to uncheck the checkbox.  When the application is restarted the ledgers will be reposted.  Once that job completes the checkbox will appear selected again.  You can view the state of the job via the System/Monitor Status tab.
