USAS-R v8.23.1 Release Notes

Summary

This is the first hotfix release for version 8.23.0.  

This hotfix includes the following bug fix and performance improvement:

• A problem preventing the status of the PO to properly display has been corrected.  The problem was related to POs with a remaining balance <= zero that were closed by a cancel invoice.  Ultimately this was a caching problem that made the status appear incorrectly as it was displaying the stale cached status.

• Performance improvements have been made to the Account Change process.  An average improvement of 88% was achieved.
