Perfect Attendance Report
This report will show all employees that have not missed any days with the category's selected.
- The Save and Recall option allows the users to create and save certain reports  for different report runs for each report option. The Default option is the original SSDT report and the Most Recent is the last report that was ran by the user. If the report is no longer needed, click on to delete the report. The Default reports cannot be deleted.Â
- Report Title - Perfect Attendance Report is the default file name. Â This can be changed by entering a new file name in the Report Title field.
- Select the 'Report Format' from the drop-down box.

- Single Date Selection field offer the option of entering a single date for report generation.  The Single Date field may be left blank.
- Begin Date field offers the option of entering a Begin Date
- End Date field offers the option of entering an End Date
- Use FYTD? Â fiscal year to date information up to and including the ending date selected.
- Use CYTD? current year to date information up to and including the ending date selected.
- Sort By field offers the following choices:
- Employee ID
- Employee Last Name
- Building/Department
- Pay Group
- Building Only
- Department Only
- Job Status field offers the following choices:
- Blank to include all employees
- Inactive
- Active
- Deceased
- Terminated
- The following options are available in the Appointment Type field:Â
- Certificated
- Classified
- In the Page Break On field, enter the field you wish the report to page break on:Â
- Blank to have no page break
- Building/Department
- Pay Group
- Building Only
- Department Only
- Exclude Archived Employees?
- Leave  unchecked, if wanting archived employees to be ON the report
- Check  if wanting archived employees to NOT be on the report
- Exclude Ineligible Jobs?
- Leave unchecked, if wanting to include ineligible Jobs on the report
- Check  if wanting to exclude Ineligible Jobs from the report
- Show Employee ID?
-  Leave unchecked, if not wanting to see the employees ID on the reportÂ
- Check if wanting to Show Employee ID on the report.
- Select Pay Groups to be included in the report
- Click on Pay groups in the Available column and use the  to move them to the Selected column or leave the Selected column blank to select all Pay Groups:
Click on  to create the report.

Criteria for employee to be included on the Perfect Attendance Report
Does the employee have the following:
- A compensation in the date range of the entered dates
- A position that is eligible for leave
- If an appointment type is selected in the parameters, a matching appointment type
- If an job status is selected in the parameters, a matching job status
- If a pay group is selected, a matching pay group
This determines if the employee will even be looked at on the report. If so, it then looks to see if there were absences in the period. If no absences are found, they will be on the report.
