Fixed a bug in W2 XML output that was not combining City Tax amount for Deductions by positions
An employee would have to be setup with multiple positions with the same city tax deduction for each position
Fixed a bug in W2 processing that would omit Adjustments if the employee was never paid in the redesign system
Fixed a bug in a few queries that could allow skipped results
