Important highlights from this release
A change to how we handle compensation unit amount and pay per period caused a bug for a newly imported district. At app startup the unit amounts and pay per periods were being calculated and stored in the database when the override flags were false. This patch should not be applied to a newly imported district. It was only applicable to the districts who were migrated prior to 6.52.0.
This release fixes this bug so going forward the patch will not trigger for a newly imported district.
