USAS Releases
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the current period wasn’t properly showing when a new posting period was created with the current flag checked.
Corrected the Certification and Appropriation Resolution reports to include both the CSV and Excel-data report formats.
Corrected the Accounts Payable report error when generating in Excel-data format.
Removed “pending” from the drop down selection for the Req Approval report.
Account change updates
Corrected a problem with the account change process that prevented a valid account change due to the vendor on the canceled invoice.
Corrected the account change process to properly rollback changes when an error is encountered
Refactored account change to check for open prior fiscal years and produce error (if exists) earlier in the process.

Added duration logging for the account change process
Updated the Http Utility to prevent thread leaks (consistent with other applications USPS/ESS)
Account Change Updates
Improved the handling of posting periods during the account change process. Posting periods will no longer be reopened as part of the account change process. Transactions affected as part of the account change process will still be updated to reflect the change in accounts. The opened and closed dates on the Posting Period grid will accurately reflect when the district has opened or closed a posting period.
Improved exception handling and error logging for account change.

Bug Fixes
When closing the FY, the reset depreciation process was corrected to reflect the total amount of depreciation if the transaction is flagged as a reset. This should equal the reset amount plus the YTD amount.
Corrected the logic on the Schedule of Change in Fixed Assets Summary to properly report beginning balances when an item has an error adjustment.
Fixed a null error when closing the fiscal year related to dispositions with a null date. This issue also contains a patch to remove erroneous data for a specific district.
Improvements
The following improvements have been made to the Audit report:
The date range fields are no longer required if the tag number field has been populated
The tag number parameter is no longer case sensitive
The fiscal year or tag number will always be shown in the appropriate column, even if the data has been deleted
Corrected a problem where modified fields were being shown as “NULL”
Corrected filtering by a username.
