Improvements

  • Created REST Controller for Building Profiles.

  • Improved the External Authentication process so when configured, the external user must only login using the external provider.

  • Corrected the report link to work with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) allowing those districts using MFA to use the report link.  Users will be required to create a Personal Access Token (PAT) for their user account, which can be done under the Show User Profile option of the Utility menu.  Once the PAT has been created a new report link will need to be generated as it will use the PAT to validate the user and prevent the user from having to authenticate before refreshing the report.

  • Corrected how the Unvoiding a voided disbursement was handled when the item was already paid.   If a check has been voided, it will not be eligible to Unvoid if any of the items on that check have been paid on another disbursement.   A new pop up confirmation box will appear to confirm action or to cancel and return to the grid.      

    • Informative Message to confirm Unvoid was complete.      

    • Error message due to the items on the voided check being paid on another disbursemetn.  

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected the bug that was introduced with the release v2024.2.0 where the Report Link was broken for basic http authentication which is used by Strategic Solutions.   

New Features

  • Implemented the ability to clone report bundles to allow for sharing the report bundles.  Any report bundle that a user can see is eligible to be cloned.  

    • The Admin and USAS-Manager roles already contain the admin_reports permission needed to see report bundles created by other users.  If a user with a lesser role needs the ability to clone report bundles that they did not create, the admin_reports permission must be granted.  

  • Created a Requisition Approval Report to show all requisitions currently in the workflow process.  The report includes the requisition number, username, action (status of the requisition), timestamp and notes.

  • Payroll Payment / Employee Dashboard Payroll Payments

    • Correct error when no default form has been set for printing

  • Future Pay Amounts - use compensation description as default description of Pay Amount when compensation label is blank

  • Employee Onboarding - set time zone on all .json formats

    • This bug was originally seen in Onboarding - causing Compensation dates to convert to the day before the actually saved date (e.g. 2/1/24 was saved, UI displays 1/31/24).

  • Direct Deposit - YTD total not including error adjustments

    • Note that any adjustment amounts made before these changes will not be reflected in this YTD AMT on the Fed Tax ADJ record.

  • Future Pay Amounts - When entering a payment record, the description will use the Compensation Label first, if blank, then the Compensation Description, if not blank

    • Make the default form selected the same as the payment printing configuration default form

        • This will default this form for all printing

  • Add new warning to Payroll Error Report when a Position with Retirement System ‘None’ is included in payroll

    • Warning - Retirement Code is set to None for position. This warning will not prevent the position from being paid.

  • Compensation Print Screen Report - Include custom fields

    • Save and New / Close

    • Position selection filtered to only include eligible positions for selected leave

      •  If a position is ineligible, will not show in the drop down. The position selected, will update with eligible positions when the leave type is changed.
