Work to implement posting encumbrance adjustments has been done. The option will be available in the application on a later release.
To be used by ITCs for corrections in specific situations only. Primary use is to correct persisting encumbrance balancing issues from the Classic Migration.
Improve intrusion detection behavior
Improvements to the USAS anonymizer which include dropping log files, audit tables and performance improvements.
Research Spring Batch for use in the Fund Change implementation.
Bug Fixes
Hotfix: corrected problems with the recent improvements to the canned Financial Detail report. We previously missed allowing the report to be sorted/subtotaled by 1 digit object code. We also introduced a problem that resulted in access denied errors for some users. These problems have been corrected.

Report parameter changes breaking user interface when old report parameters are found.
STRS Report - Removed Board Amount Adjustments from Employer Pickup totals
450 Board Error adjustment and Core>Adjustment>Board Amount of Payroll Item will not be included on the STRS Per Pay report
Payroll Validation (behind the scenes)- cache payroll calculations when validating payroll.
Improvements
New Contract calculated unit amounts calculation using original compensation workdays.
If the Workdays were wrong from the beginning of New Contract and a Mid-year change was used to correct this, it was using original workdays in calculation, now it will use the new Workdays entered
Expenditure Accounts - rename properties.
Expenditure Account and USAS Expenditure Account were storing account dimensions as
accountDimension1, accountDimension2, accountDimension3, accountDimension4, accountDimension5, accountDimension6, accountDimension7, accountDimension8. To help make the grids and other user interfaces easier to understand, these properties have been renamed to match the USAS Expenditure Account properties (i.e.fund, func, etc...This change requires a patch to update any existing advance queries or reports using the old account dimension properties.

Job Calendar Report - improve styling to print on two pages
ODJFS Report - handle legal and name merge the same as W2 report.
Add a new predefined role CUSTOM_FIELD_MANAGER
Grants full control over System>Custom Field Definitions and Core>Date Codes.
