History
Each student that has been reported through EMIS will have a History tab from the Single Student option. The enrollment history data is divided into basic demographic data, resident data and data pertaining to where the student attended classes. Each entity reporting data for the student is encased in a blue box. This enrollment data is populated in ODDEX by data submitted with the SCR collection request.
Additional data, such as Attendance and Grade Level, will be included in an offset data box on the screen directly beneath the enrollment information for a student. If a district cannot see an enrollment for a student, this additional data is also not visible. The data will be one entry per reporting year and will be the last such data reported by the entity under which it is listed. If a student is reported by multiple entities in a reporting year, there will be an additional set of data included for each one, each in its own separate box immediately following the enrollment. The Reference Date will represent the latest end date on the FS records submitted for the student. The Reference Date will not change with each "S" submission to DEW by a district. The date will only change when a district reports a new latest FS end date for this student.
Using the Return to Summary button will return the user to the Summary listing. When using this function, the selections used in the prior query are preserved. There is a Return to Summary button located at the top and bottom of the page.
Print Options
There are two print options available for the History information. Both options will include all the details seen in the History tab for the student, but they will be formatted differently.
By clicking on the printer icon the user will be able to print the information just as it is displayed in the History tab. The formatting of this report option can be equated to a screen shot of the history tab. The information will appear in boxes as seen in the browser display.
Using the PDF icon , the user will be able to view, print or save the data provided on the History tab in a natural report format. This detailed report may be shared with other district staff as needed.
