Bug Fixes

  • Performance related improvements should be noticeable on reports based on the Activity Ledger.  (i.e. Financial Detail report, Account Activity reports)   

  • As we continue to encourage users to use the Canned version of reports whenever possible, some control break options on the canned Account Activity Reports have been updated to allow users to apply the same sort and subtotal options that were allowable on the Budget and Revenue Account Activity template reports.  This will allow users the ability to modify the default sort options to generate reports based on the various account code dimensions, 1 and 2 digit object and function codes and FF Line Number.  The canned report will also now include the additional account dimension fields as columns on the Excel and CSV report format options like is available on the template reports.  

  • The Outstanding Disbursement report and the Outstanding Purchase Order report will now reflect the month being closed and not the current posting period when the SSDT Monthly Report bundle is generated.   

  • Corrected a problem with the DUO Implementation that was causing performace problems due to database connect leaks.

  • Corrected the error when attempting to process an Account Change on revenue accounts with refunds.   Previously, the Account change failed due balance checking rules on revenue accounts.

Bug Fixes

  • The length of the Codes was limited to 10 characters.  This has been increased to 255 characters. 

  • The Employee Master Report will now include employees even if they haven't been paid.  

  • An issue Earnings Register including imported deferred docks in the Total Dock amount has been corrected. 

  • An issue with Earnings Register failing was corrected.  The report not generating was caused by an issue a district had when payments for employees with no Positions paid were pulled into the payroll and then these payments were voided. 

  • An issue when creating or viewing/editing Positions was corrected.  

  • Corrected a problem with the DUO Implementation that was causing performance problems due to database connect leaks.

Improvements

  • Payroll Item maximum amount reached warnings will only be produced the first time a payroll item maximum has been reached.

  • When changing the Core>Leaves>Pay Unit to Daily from Hourly or vice versa along with the balance the following items will also be recalculated:

    • Accum Per Month

    • Max Leave Amount

    • Reset Value

    • Max Advance Leave - This only applies to Sick leave. 

  • The Single Object Position Audit Report will now list Building and Department Codes instead of database id.

  • On the New Contract grid you can now sort by Type and Contract Days.

  • A prefix was added to the Building and Department Codes to differentiate between the two on the Position grid.

  • New option available on System>Configuration>W2 Configuration to truncate Social Security numbers on W2 Forms and W2 XML. The W2 Report and W2 Submissions will always contain the full Social Security number.

  • Issue with Salary Notice button being placed in a different place on the screen if the Mass Change option was disabled has been corrected.

  • A new Leave Report that mimics Classic's CHKLEV has been implemented.  The new report can be found when a payroll is initialized as well as once the payroll is posted.

    • USPSR-6584:  Add Leave Report to File Archive>Per Pay Reports report bundle.

  • A new entity to track payroll batch job execution ids for all batch processes per payroll was added.

Patches

  • USPS Patch 6.90.0 A can fail if duplicate codes are discovered.

    • The patch has been updated to handle duplicate building / department codes and report and error in the logs.

  • USPS Patch 6.90.0 B can fail for invalid position custom field values.

    • The patch has been updated to handle potential position update errors. Those errors are now caught and reporting in the application logs.

  • Patch to update Position Templates for building and department code changes.

  • Patch to remove any building / department code custom fields on Position that may have been added due to Position Templates still having old custom field data.

  • Update Position advance queries for building and department code changes.

  • Update sort properties on reports for building and department code changes.

Bug Fixes

  • GAAP Reports: Corrected the GAAP reports to properly cope with a null (blank) fund, function, asset class or account code.  NOTE:  INV-476 created to continue looking into Fixed Asset by Source with null values.

  • Corrected a problem with the DUO implementation that was displaying an error page after a successful duo authentication.  The problem has been corrected and users are redirected to the home view after successful duo authentication.

  • Transactions>Items: Prevent backdating of the beginning depreciation dates when creating/editing items.  Users were able to add or change the beginning depreciation date to a date prior to the acquisition date. This has been fixed. 

  • Reports>Book Value: Corrected location code sorting. When using a location code parameter, it was excluding the items that have blank location codes. These are now included.  If sorting by location code, the items with blank codes will appear first.

  • Core>Fiscal Years: Prevent blank and prior year values when creating new fiscal years. Users were able create fiscal years prior to their migration year (archived period).  This has been fixed. If users try to create a fiscal year that is earlier than their migration year, an error message will display stating 'Please Enter a Year After Your Import Date'. Users will not be able to open or close archived fiscal years as well.  NOTE: Any archived fiscal year periods that were inadvertently created and are currently open will be automatically closed in a future release (INV-484).  

  • Core>Fund and Core>Function: A change that took place on the 1.35.2 release was preventing users from creating new fund or function codes under the Core menu.  This has been fixed.
