Important Highlights
Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS.Â
Improved the posting of purchase orders by 57-70%. This range depends on the number of balance warnings generated for each account on the PO.
Corrected an issue with the USPS Account Sync when trying to sync active accounts. The process will now sync all Expenditure accounts regardless of active status.
Improvements to the Reporting Period being displayed on template reports.
Added a custom rule to prevent users from back dating requisitions. This rule is disabled by default and is not mandatory.
Added the Forecast Line # to various template reports as a sortable property.
Corrected expended and expendable amounts on the Budget History. Previously the history stored the June amount instead of the fiscal year amount.

Upcoming Features
Due to the rules in place for posting periods we will not be releasing a mass change definition to update the received date on invoices. However, we will be writing a patch to get them updated.
