View/Print Payslip

If USPS payslips are configured in ESS, employees will have the ability to query a payslip by pay date or check number. Once a specific payslip is queried, you have the option to download image-20240318-144344.png a PDF version of it.

More Information on View/Print Payslip

Users with Administrator Role have the option under System>Configuration>ESS Functionality Configuration to turn on/off the View/Print Payslip option.

If a district uses a custom direct deposit in USPS, the payslip in ESS can reflect the custom form as long as it’s defined under Payment Printing Configuration in USPS System>Configuration.
