If USPS payslips are configured in ESS, employees will have the ability to query a payslip by pay date or check number. The grid displays options to either download a PDF version of it or view it on the screen. The view option is also mobile friendly allowing users to view your payslip on a mobile device without having to download it first.

Turning On/Off ability to view payslips in ESS

• Users with Administrator Role have the option under System>Configuration>ESS Functionality Configuration to turn on/off the View/Print Payslip option.

Using Custom Direct Deposits in USPS

If a district uses a custom direct deposit in USPS, the payslip in ESS can reflect the custom form as long as it’s defined under Payment Printing Configuration in USPS System>Configuration.
