If USPS payslips are configured in ESS under ESS Functionality Configuration, employees can query their payslips by pay date or check number. The grid displays options to Download a PDF version or View it on the screen. The View option is also mobile-friendly, allowing users to view their payslip on a mobile device without downloading the PDF first.

Note: Payslips can be viewed in ESS starting on the actual pay date.

Turning On/Off ability to view payslips in ESS

Users with the Administrator Role can enable or disable the View/Print Payslip option under System>Configuration>ESS Functionality Configuration.

Using Custom Direct Deposits in USPS

If a district uses a custom direct deposit in USPS, the payslip in ESS can reflect the custom form as long as it is defined under Payment Printing Configuration in USPS System>Configuration.
