Position Details
The position record in USPS contains the employee position information. The Position Details record in ESS automatically pulls some of the position data from USPS and also provides an abbreviated view of the employee’s contract information. NOTE: The positions displayed depends on the System>Configuration>Job Status Configuration selections. For example, if the Job Status Configuration has both active and inactive selected, the employee’s active and inactive positions will be included in the Position Details window. If multiple positions are display, you may click on the > to the left of each position to toggle between opening and closing details of each position.

Configure Position Details
Users with Administrator role will be able to configure the data that is displayed in a user’s Position Details screen. Please refer to Configuration>Position Details Configuration for more information on how to display/hide various fields of the Position Details screen.
