Bug Fixes
Improvements
The ability to modify a requisition on certain fields without reopening the posting period associated with the requisition date has been implemented. This applies to fields found in the header of the requisition including the Requisition Workflow Approval status. A new mandatory rule was added to USAS that prevents the Requisition number, requisition date or vendor from being changed when in a closed posting period. To edit these fields on a requisition, the posting period must be Open.
Rule: org.ssdt_ohio.usas.model.requisition.RequisitionModifyRules
Error messages:
The ability to unvoid a disbursement. This applies to all disbursement types (warrant, refund and payroll). For voided disbursements where the invoice was also deleted, the disbursement cannot be unvoided. The same posting period rules apply to unvoiding as apply to voiding a disbursement.Â
Improvements were made to make the greyed out Read Only fields more visible and clearer to see.  Â
ODE removed the Federal Assistance reporting from EMIS Period H so the EMIS Extract will no longer contain the Federal Assistance Detail or Summary data. The USAS menu options for Federal Assistance Detail and Summary have been removed. Any existing data will remain in the database. Prior to the FYE, the report bundle will be modified to remove these unnecessary reports.  Template reports (i.e. SSDT Federal Assistance Detail or Summary reports) can still be generated to gather the previously entered data for past years. Going forward, the district can obtain the same information, if needed, by other reports such as generating the Cash Summary for this data.Â
