What did we do well?

  • Added bugs to hotfix

  • Released hotfix on time

  • Shortened stand up meetings

  • Kept up with many feedback issues

  • Kim kept up well with testing

  • Velocity has been better.  Issues have been added to sprint when bugs are found.



What should we have done better?

  • Not release so many defects into production

  • Spread the feedback support better across the team and tech writers

  • Managing/tracking feedback issues - make sure none are missed

  • Try to shorten sprint meetings
