Show profile will display detailed information about the user account currently logged into the USAS application.

It contains the username and the organization the user is logged into as well as any assigned roles to that user.

The option to generate a token can be used by districts setup for Multi-Factor Authentication to generate a unique access token for the logged in user. This Personal Access Token (PAT) will be utilized in the URL of any Report Links generated by the user so the link can be accessed and refreshed later.

This token is user specific and will subvert the need to log in when the Report Link is accessed. Report links including a users token should NOT be shared and should only be accessed by the user creating the link.

Report Links not containing a Personal Access Token will continue to require the user to log in when attempting to access the link.

  3. Generate a Report Link for any applicable Report
