What did we do well?

  • We got a lot of issues resolved this time

  • Working 120's have been beneficial

  • Lunch and Learn with Uncle Bob

  • Great feedback from other ITC's and districts



What should we have done better?

  • Missed volocity a little bit

  • Don't add more technical debt (ie.  Retirement Service)

  • Need more development testing

Add regression testing for bugs found during test
