Retrospective



What did we do well?

  • Kept up well with feedback.  Number of feedback that has not been responded to is dropping

  • tech writers have helped more with feedback

  • got hotfix release out close to on time

  • maintaining a good 2 week release cycle with substantial gains in functionality



What should we have done better?

  • reduce defect rate, released a couple this time

  • improve our test coverage

  • better tracking of feedback
