Summary
This is the first hotfix release for version 8.0.0. This hotfix includes the following bug fixes:
A correction to the Mass Add option available from the Cash Account. Previously if you attempted to mass add accounts based on a cash account that had invalid underlying accounts, an expenditure account with an invalid dimension for example, the mass add process would fail and would not create the new cash account or underlying accounts. The user would receive an error that stated "Severe - Transaction silently rolled back because it has been marked as roll-back only" with no real indication to the user why the process failed. We have updated this process to continue on and create all valid accounts and provide an error message to the user listing the accounts that could not be created and why. The user will then need to manually create any accounts they still need or can use the Mass Load option under the Utilities menu to add the accounts.
A correction to the import process that incorrectly required the AR* import files in order to import a district's data. The AR* import files are not required as the SSWAT extract will not create those files if the OECN$AR$DTA logical is not defined. If a district does not use Classic ARF the SSWAT extract will create the import files but they will only contain the header row, no data.
A correction to the permissions related to transactions that are impacted by both USAS and Accounts Receivable. With the release of the Accounts Receivable module we inadvertently required AR related permissions for some USAS processes. For example, the process to void a refund disbursement. These processes will now check to see if the Accounts Receivable module is installed and check the appropriate permissions.
