Summary
This is the second hotfix release for version 7.22. This hotfix includes the following changes:
Corrected the EMIS extract to properly report negative amounts. Previously there was an erroneous leading "-" before the amount value.
IMPORTANT: if a district's extract contained a negative amount they would have gotten an error with the data collector. Â
Issuing a patch to remove previously created adjustment transactions that were posted in an effort to make the status of a transaction posted in Classic authoritative. These transactions were only posted for a short time and then the posting of them were removed. This patch will identify any adjustment transactions that were created in error and remove them.
A hotfix or quick-fix is typically a single change that addresses a problem in the software.  Hotfixes are made to address a specific concern and provide a quick solution.
Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and classic USAS.Â
