Summary
This is a hotfix release of USPS-R that corrects an issue where the incorrect fiscal year was being placed in the STRS advance submission file if it was executed in July. Prior to this patch the report was using the current system date to determine the fiscal year instead of the current posting period. This caused the incorrect fiscal year to be used if the STRS advance report was executed after 6/30/2019. This issue has been corrected and the current posting period will now be used to determine the fiscal year for STRS advance.
