The Building Profiles allow the user to enter the building IRN, square footage, and the transportation and lunchroom percentages for each building within the district.  The Building Profile information will be included as part of the data reported to ODE for the Financial Period which is included in the EMIS extract under the Extracts menu. Square footage values must be between 1 and 1,000,000.

Create a Building Profile

1. From the Periodic menu, select 'Building Profiles.'

2. Click on 

   .

   1. Enter the required information for the building profile. 

   2. Click on 

        to create the building profile; Click on 
      to return to the grid and not post.  

Search/View Building Profiles

The Building Profiles grid allows the user to search for any building profile by clicking in the filter row in the grid columns and entering in the desired information.   Click on 

 to generate a report based on your filtered data. A Building Profiles report may be generated by running the SSDT District Building Information report under the Report Manager grid. Click on any row of the search results to see a summary view of the record.   Click on 

to see the full details on each building profile.    The Advanced Search can be utilized by clicking on the 

 in the upper right side of the grid.
